He reportedly explored membership at Cohasset Country Club on Massachusetts’ South Shore but was turned away, allegedly because of his Irish Catholic faith, the Post reported.The Kennedys later discovered Hyannisport Club on Cape Cod, which was then run by an Irish Catholic.
