The four-day event is being staged in and around Leh, Ladakh, with six different running categories spread across September 10 to 13.

The biggest draw this year is the ₹1 crore overall prize pool, which the Ladakh Administration announced while launching the official marathon jersey in August. The administration said the enhanced prize pool contributed to unprecedented interest, with registrations reaching nearly 10,000 runners, compared with 6,521 participants the previous year.Prize money is offered across the five timed races, for both men and women, covering the overall top three and top three veterans. The 5-km Run for Fun is not a timed race.Prize entitlements are based on chip time, with winners’ names announced provisionally on race day before final verification.
