MUSSOORIE: Incidents involving altercations between tourists and locals are increasing across the hill town.A video recently surfaced on social media showing tourists allegedly assaulting the operators of a café.The incident reportedly took place on September 15 at Yummies Café in Kincraig, where café staff were allegedly attacked with sticks by a group of tourists, reportedly from Haryana.According to café staff, the tourists fled the scene after the incident.“We have submitted a written complaint to the police, but the tourists could not be traced,” a café staff member said.Several videos of clashes between tourists and locals have surfaced in recent months. One video showed a brawl between tourists and locals at the Picture Palace barrier over the entry of vehicles onto Mall Road. Police had to intervene to bring the situation under control.In another incident, tourists and locals were involved in a fistfight near Lal Tibba.
