The organization began as a student group encouraging conversations about mental health on college campuses.The nonprofit said that during the 2024-25 financial year, it had around 13,485 official chapter members, while its chapter-led meetings, events and programs reached more than 400,000 young people with information on mental health and suicide prevention.
