Reality TV star and fashion mogul Kylie Jenner has found a buyer for her longtime Hidden Hills mansion, selling the sprawling California property for $15.3 million after initially listing it for $20.25 million, according to Realtor.Kylie, now 29, purchased the 13,200-square-foot property for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. The mansion served as her primary residence for several years before she decided to move on from the property.Over the years, Jenner carried out extensive renovations on the home, which was marketed as a residence designed for both everyday living and large-scale entertaining. The listing was held by fellow reality TV personality and real estate agent Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman.The light-filled home features an open floor plan designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The 1.4-acre property boasts eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. It also includes an attached guest suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, sitting area and courtyard.The primary suite was described as a private retreat, featuring a sitting area, two large walk-in closets, an en suite bathroom with a stone soaking tub and a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape.

The entertainment spaces include a chef’s kitchen with two islands that flows into a dramatic great room with disappearing glass walls opening onto the grounds. The mansion also has a home theatre, wet bar, game room, gym, massage room and an office with a fireplace.Outside, the property features a swimming pool and spa, a large patio, an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit area. Large windows bring natural light into the home, while mature trees provide additional privacy.

Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills property portfolio
The mansion was one of three homes Jenner purchased in Hidden Hills over an 18-month period. She bought her first property in the area for $2.7 million at 17, followed by another nearby home for $6 million.While she sold the other two properties relatively soon after purchasing them, Jenner held on to the largest of the three for years, using it as a home base for herself and her children, Stormi and Aire.Jenner shares her children with rapper Travis Scott.
Jenner is building a new Hidden Hills estate
Although Jenner has sold the longtime residence, she is not leaving Hidden Hills. In 2020, she purchased a large parcel of land in the neighborhood for $15 million and spent years developing plans for a custom estate.Planning applications indicated that the property was intended to feature an approximately 18,000-square-foot home with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, sports court, security office and large swimming pool.By June 2025, images suggested construction was nearing completion. In January, Jenner gave fans a glimpse of the nearly finished property on social media, highlighting design elements including stone exteriors and reclaimed wood floors.

Jenner has also put her enormous Holmby Hills mansion on the market for $48 million. The 15,320-square-foot concrete property features seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.The modern compound includes 12-foot gates, a resort-style pool, chef’s kitchen, dining area, multiple entertainment spaces, a home theatre, bar, pool cabana, gym, game room, outdoor projection screen and sports court.The listing describes the property as a modern fortress designed for privacy and large-scale entertaining.
