Their concern was that part of the original plan could obstruct views of Lake Erie from neighboring properties.“A source tells Deuxmoi the couple is allegedly putting up a fence around the property and some neighbors aren’t exactly thrilled, claiming it could interfere with their lake views,” the outlet wrote.The issue reportedly prompted discussions with neighbors. Importantly, the portion of the proposal that would have pushed the fence farther toward the beach was later abandoned.“According to the source, that portion of the plan has since been scrapped,” Deuxmoi reported.That change could help prevent a relatively small property dispute from becoming a larger source of tension.
