Brooklyn Beckham appeared to draw inspiration from his father David Beckham as he showed off his heavily tattooed torso on Instagram. The 27-year-old aspiring chef shared the picture after going for a run.His tattoos include several designs that were once closely linked to his father. However, some of the tributes to David appear to have been changed or faded amid Brooklyn’s ongoing estrangement from his parents and siblings.

Brooklyn Beckham has long shared a strong connection with his father through tattoos. His body art includes several designs that were directly inspired by David’s famous collection of ink.When Brooklyn was 18, he proudly showed off his first tattoo. It was a Native American chief design on his forearm. He confirmed at the time that the tattoo was inspired by his father.Sharing a picture of the artwork on Instagram, Brooklyn wrote: ‘just like dads [sic].’The tattoo was one of several ways Brooklyn copied David’s style. The former football star has a large collection of tattoos across his chest, arms and back.Brooklyn also has a cherub tattoo on his chest. The design is closely linked to the cherub tattoos David has had for many years.Another important tattoo was an anchor on Brooklyn’s upper right arm. It featured the word ‘Dad’, making the tribute to David clear.Brooklyn also had the number ‘1975’ inked on his body. The year refers to David’s birth year.However, some of those tributes now appear to have changed.The word ‘Dad’ on the anchor tattoo has reportedly been partly covered. A series of shapes and a star can now be seen over the area.Another tattoo underneath it reportedly carries the handwritten message, ‘love you Bust,’. Buster is a nickname that David gave Brooklyn when he was younger.The tattoo has also appeared much lighter than it was in previous years. It looks as though parts of the design may have been faded or lasered.David’s birth year, ‘1975’, also no longer appeared to be visible.Brooklyn’s latest Instagram post came as he enjoyed some time at home. He shared several pictures, including one of himself in a pool with his dog. He was seen kissing the pet while showing off his tattoos.The carousel also featured his expensive wine collection. Brooklyn showed several crates of BOND Pluribus wine from California’s Napa Valley. A bottle of the high-end wine can reportedly cost around £800.The latest post comes amid Brooklyn’s continuing distance from his family. Earlier this month, he and his wife Nicola Peltz were seen in New York after spending time in St Tropez.Brooklyn has also skipped the Beckham family’s annual summer holiday on their £16million yacht for the second consecutive year.Meanwhile, David and Victoria Beckham were recently seen in St Tropez. The pair were reportedly just a short distance from where Brooklyn and Nicola had been seen days earlier.
