Hazra was accused of selling govt land in Salboni as private land. Roy had allegedly been absconding. The Supreme Court issued notice to the Bengal government on Roy&#8217;s plea and said, &#8220;The petitioner&#8217;s arrest shall remain stayed till the next date of
