He thereafter visited Headquarters Uttar Bharat Area and interacted with commanders and troops.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>In a post on X, the Army said, \u201cDuring his visit, the COAS reiterated that combat readiness, technological adaptation and self-reliance remain central to building a future-ready <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/indian-army\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indian Army<\/a> capable of responding decisively across the full spectrum of operations.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>While interacting with commanders and all ranks, the General reaffirmed that operational preparedness, adaptability and self-reliance remain the bedrock of military effectiveness. He played a pivotal role in the establishment of AIIMS Nagpur, strengthened Covid-19 management in Maharashtra, and contributed significantly to the development of medical colleges in Arunachal
