Advocate Rinki Chatterjee Singh has sought registration of a Zero FIR against CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and other organisers under provisions of the POCSO Act.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/>She has questioned the presence of a 12-year-old child at the organisation\u2019s July 20 protest at Jantar Mantar.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>Singh alleged that children were brought to the protest site during the demonstration against the NEET paper leak, where a lathi-charge took place and abusive language was allegedly used against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the country, news agency ANI reported.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>Speaking after submitting the complaint, Singh questioned the involvement of a minor in the protest.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>\u201cWho brought a 12-year-old child to a protest?\u201d she asked, arguing that a child of that age falls under the category of a \u201cchild in need of care and protection\u201d.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h3>Seeks action under POCSO, BNS<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>Singh sought registration of a case against Dipke, Das and other CJP organisers under Sections 13, 14 and 15 of the POCSO Act, along with Section 153 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>She alleged that the organisers were responsible for involving children in the protest and said the circumstances surrounding their presence at the demonstration required investigation.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>The complaint relates to the July 20 protest at Jantar Mantar, where CJP had demonstrated over the NEET paper leak and alleged irregularities in the education system.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h3>Complaint follows PM Modi\u2019s appeal<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>Singh also referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s subsequent social media message in which he said he had forgiven the youth over their alleged remarks and that no legal action would be taken against them, keeping their future in mind.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/>However, she alleged that CJP organisers later posted a video demanding an apology from Modi over the alleged police lathi-charge on protesters, including 12-year-old girls.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"29\"\/>Singh questioned why children were present at the demonstration in the first place.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"31\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h3>\u2018Who is funding the protest?\u2019<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>The advocate also raised questions about the funding of the CJP protests.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"34\"\/>\u201cWho is funding the protest, and where is the money coming from?\u201d she asked, alleging that the movement was being backed by what she described as a \u201cdeep state\u201d.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"36\"\/>She further alleged the involvement of \u201cbrokers and anti-nationals\u201d working against the government.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"38\"\/>These claims were made as part of Singh\u2019s broader allegations against the CJP organisers.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"40\"\/>(With
