Hence, there is a view that it should be made public so that people see that E20 fuel doesn&#8217;t impact engines,&#8221; said an official.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>In June 2021, petroleum ministry had directed ARAI and IOCL, in association with SIAM, to carry out the study. The report was submitted in June 2024. The study had concluded that in case of E10-compliant two-wheelers, fuel consumption increased in the range of 1-6% and mass emission met the regulatory requirement.
