The film crossed the Rs 200 crore mark during its second weekend, remaining one of the top performing Tamil releases. However, with the start of the second working week, the film saw a dip in its collection. As the live estimates show, \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019 seems to be experiencing its lowest single day total since it hit the big screens.Jana Nayagan Movie Review<\/a><\/p>\n According to the latest box office estimates from trade analyst Sacnilk, \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019 has earned over Rs 1.24 crore India net so far on Day 12. The film is running across 1,943 shows. With these numbers, it brings total India gross collections to Rs 206.38 crore and total India net to Rs 176.84 crore so far.It is imperative to mention that the final collection of Day 12 are yet to be reported as the numbers are expected to increase with the evening and night shows.<\/p>\n The live numbers of the Tamil version shows that it has made Rs 1.17 crore with 1,159 shows. On the other hand, the Hindi version made Rs 7 lakh with 784 shows.Speaking of the film\u2019s overseas collections till Day 11 the film collected Rs 3 crore which brings its total overseas gross to Rs 91 crore so far. This pushes the worldwide gross collection to Rs 295.92 crore. <\/p>\n Directed by H Vinoth, the film is a political action drama which shows Vijay\u2019s character by the name Thalapathy Vetri Kondan, a former official who adopts a young girl named Viji<\/a>.
