India is always supportive of dialogue and diplomacy,&#8221; Jaishankar wrote.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>The conversation came as tensions between Iran and the United States intensified, with Tehran claiming fresh strikes on American military facilities in Kuwait.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>According to Iranian state media, the Iranian army carried out drone attacks on the US-operated Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base as part of the 27th phase of Operation Lightning.
