The complainant alleged that her remarks hurt the dignity of the constitutional office and were intended to spread hatred and disturb public peace.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>A Zero FIR allows a complaint to be registered at any police station regardless of where the alleged offence took place.
