Today, her business reportedly earns a net monthly profit of around Rs 80,000, with annual revenue said to be close to Rs 50 lakh.Her journey shows that sometimes success comes not from choosing the safest option, but from choosing the one that aligns with your priorities.<\/p>\n Mayuri grew up in Songaon in Maharashtra’s Niphad taluka and excelled in academics. She completed her B.E. in Electronics and began building her professional career.Soon after finishing engineering, she got married. Later, she became a mother, bringing new responsibilities and new priorities into her life.Determined to upgrade her skills, she also completed a course in electric vehicle design. Her efforts paid off when she received a corporate job offer with an annual package of Rs 5 lakh.There was only one challenge.The job required her to relocate to Pune, away from her family and young daughter.For many, it would have been an opportunity too good to refuse. But Mayuri decided that, at that stage of her life, staying close to her family mattered more than a corporate designation.<\/p>\n Around the same time, Mayuri’s husband suggested something completely unexpected.Instead of searching for another job, why not run a Juice Farm outlet on College Road in NashikRs She had never managed a business before.She had no experience in retail.She wasn’t from a business family.Yet she chose to give entrepreneurship a chance.In February 2024, Mayuri officially took charge of the outlet.Just when she was beginning to understand the business, another challenge arrived. Her husband had to leave for Iran for work almost immediately, leaving her to manage the business largely on her own.<\/p>\n The days were anything but easy.From early morning until nearly 11 pm, Mayuri managed customers, stock, suppliers, accounts and operations at the juice centre.Once she returned home, household responsibilities and childcare were waiting.There were moments of exhaustion and self-doubt.But instead of giving up, she focused on improving a little every day.She learned how to manage inventory efficiently, understand customer preferences, improve service quality and organise her time better.Her biggest lesson was that discipline and consistency mattered far more than previous business experience.<\/p>\n Rather than competing only on price, Mayuri decided to differentiate herself in two ways.She focused on maintaining consistent quality in every drink served.She also interacted personally with customers, explaining the health benefits of fresh juices and ensuring they had a positive experience.Many customers who initially walked in out of curiosity became regular visitors.Word-of-mouth recommendations gradually helped the business grow.With increasing footfall came higher sales, better profits and greater confidence.<\/p>\n Within months, Mayuri began seeing encouraging financial results.Today, her juice business reportedly generates around Rs 80,000 in monthly profit, while annual revenue is estimated to be close to Rs 50 lakh.The business has also created employment for others, with staff helping run day-to-day operations.Instead of stopping there, Mayuri has already expanded her entrepreneurial journey by becoming a partner in another venture, demonstrating that one successful business can often become the foundation for many more.<\/p>\n Looking back, Mayuri believes rejecting the corporate job was one of the most important decisions of her life.She often says that entrepreneurship does not always require years of experience or huge investments.What it truly requires is the courage to begin.Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women, is simple: don’t let fear decide your future.Today, the engineering graduate who once worried about turning down a stable job has built something she proudly calls her own.Her story is a reminder that success doesn’t always come from climbing the corporate ladder.
