With a swift response from MRCC Mumbai, CGDHQ-1 Porbandar swung into action, providing immediate telemedical assistance while deploying surface and air assets.<!-- --> The patient was airlifted using an ICG Advanced Light Helicopter to Porbandar, medically stabilised by ICG doctors, and shifted to Hospital for further treatment.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/>The seafarer was reported to be suffering from acute chest pain and a high fever, requiring urgent medical attention.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>The helicopter successfully winched the patient from the vessel and transported him to the Coast Guard Air Enclave, where an Indian Coast Guard medical officer provided initial stabilisation. Officials said the successful evacuation underscores \u201cICG&#8217;s steadfast dedication to maritime safety and reflects the spirit of Vayam Rakshamah (We Protect).\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>A few days ago, the Coast Guard evacuated a 29-year-old Indian mariner suffering from a medical emergency aboard the tanker &#8216;MT Kashimasan&#8217;
