Several screenings were delayed, stopped or temporarily cancelled after children were found inside the auditorium in an \u2018A\u2019 certified film.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>\u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019 screening stopped at mall<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>As \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019 has received \u2018A\u2019 certificate from CBFC, as per the certification rules only adults are allowed to watch the film in theatres. However, reportedly an incident happened during the 9:25 am show at PVR Cinemas, Ampa Mall. According to a post shared by a fan who was present at the moment, the screening of the film was stopped around 9:35 am after police officials entered the auditorium. They reportedly noticed several families had brought children into the A-rated show.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>Sharing the video from inside the theatre, the user further added, \u201cThe show was paused for nearly an hour while the parents with children were asked to leave. There was very little communication during the delay, and the audience was left waiting. Eventually, the management announced a refund and the screening resumed after the parents with children had exited. The entire situation could have been handled much better.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Similar incidents reported across Chennai<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>In addition to it, an India Today report suggested that some more screenings in different locations were delayed while others were cancelled after the theatre staff found children below 18 inside the screening hall.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>About \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019, the film is a political action drama directed by H Vinoth which marks Thalapathy Vijay\u2019s final cinematic outing as he focuses on his political career and now also serves as the CM of Tamil Nadu.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>What \u2018Jana Nayagan\u2019 is about<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the film, he is seen as a former police officer, who adopts a girl of his friend. Her name is Viji, played by Mamitha Baiju, who has a trauma from her child and gets fearful in tense situations. Vijay trains her to be courageous and strong and wants her to join the forces. The film also shows Vijay confronting the antagonist of the film played by Bobby Deol who\u2019s a threat to India\u2019s democracy.
