Doctors declared him dead on arrival.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/> Police completed the inquest proceedings and sent the body for postmortem examination.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/> A case has been registered based on a complaint lodged by the victim&#8217;s family, and further legal proceedings have been initiated, police said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/> The contractor responsible for the boring work was arrested on Sunday in connection with the incident, they added.<span
