education minister Dharmendra Pradhan&#8217;s resignation and the government&#8217;s assurance on several key demands.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/>The man behind those six words was Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), who transformed an online outburst into a nationwide movement that mobilised
