They are also misbehaving with his wife. They have two small kids who are currently traumatised!\u201d Das posted on X.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>\u201cIt\u2019s a state of emergency. The government has completely LOST IT! But we won\u2019t back down. <!-- -->Cockroaches incoming!\u201d Das tweeted.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>In another post, Das shared what he described as the screams of Yadav and his children, alleging that the volunteer had not broken any law and was being targeted for his association with the movement.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"17\"\/>\u201cOur North Zone volunteer Mohan Yadav\u2019s SCREAMS.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>\u201cLet entire India listen to this and the screams of his little kids being thrashed by the Delhi Police.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/>\u201cHe hasn\u2019t broken a single law till date. His only \u2018crime\u2019 is being a volunteer for a youth movement!<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"23\"\/>\u201cState of Emergency in India!\u201d Das wrote.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>Sharing another video, Das alleged that the incident showed the government was acting against its own citizens.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"30\"\/>\u201cLike I said, the Government of India is at war with its own citizens. The visual here proves it,\u201d he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"32\"\/>The allegations could not be independently verified.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"35\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">CJP plans <\/span><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">October 10 protest<\/span><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\"> at <\/span><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Jantar Mantar<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"40\"\/>The allegations come ahead of a youth-led CJP protest scheduled for October 10 at Delhi\u2019s Jantar Mantar.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"42\"\/>The party has said the demonstration will focus on alleged \u201cvote theft\u201d, the alleged exclusion of young voters from electoral rolls and other concerns related to the Election Commission.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"45\"\/>Das had earlier said the party had formally informed Delhi Police about the proposed demonstration and completed the required formalities. He also said young people from across the country were expected to participate.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"47\"\/>Delhi Police has, meanwhile, warned against the proposed gathering, saying prohibitory restrictions under Section 163 were in force in the national capital.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"49\"\/>Police have said protests are not permitted at Jantar Mantar or elsewhere while the restrictions remain in force and warned that unauthorised gatherings could invite legal action.<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a
