Wait till you discover the other guy.&#8221;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>Musk responded: &#8220;Thank you, Rahul. This is indeed troubling.&#8221;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>Musk&#8217;s comments came hours after department of telecom rejected his claims, saying, &#8220;India&#8217;s regulatory framework for satellite communication services is fair and non-discriminatory.&#8221;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/><\/p>\n<div data-pos=\"0\" class=\"id-r-component iIpbx undefined  &#10;        \">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Govt's reply to Musk\" msid=\"134800751\" imgsize=\"16482\" resizemode=\"4\" width=\"\" title=\"\" placeholdersrc=\"https:\/\/static.toiimg.com\/photo\/83033472.cms\" offsetvertical=\"0\" placeholdermsid=\"47529300\" type=\"thumb\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/static.toiimg.com\/photo\/imgsize-16482,msid-134800751\/govts-reply-to-musk.jpg\" data-api-prerender=\"true\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sunil Bharti-backed Eutelsat OneWeb, <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/mukesh-ambani\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mukesh Ambani<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/reliance-jio\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reliance Jio<\/a>, and Starlink plan to start satcom services in India. Security assessment is currently underway for all three, the govt said. &#8220;As and when this process is completed for a licensed entity, it may proceed to the next step of seeking assignment of spectrum &#8230; all three entities are at broadly the same regulatory stage.&#8221;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"23\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Musk: People who oppose Starlink hurt least-served<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/>An unfazed Musk, however, carried on his attack on X on Thursday. \u201cStarlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the govt of India, so why still no licence? Is Ambani the real boss of India?\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"27\"\/>Congress MP Rahul Gandhi waded into the controversy, responding to Musk on X, \u201cWelcome to India, Elon. Wait till you discover the other guy.\u201d The US trillionaire replied to Gandhi, saying, \u201cThank you, Rahul. This is indeed troubling.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"31\"\/>Other posts by Musk on X on Thursday included: \u201cPeople who oppose Starlink hurt only the least-served. The wealthy or those living in large cities already have good Internet, so they don\u2019t understand&#8230;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"34\"\/>\u201cStarlink will help the least-served in India&#8230;
