While initially there were rumors of Jayden Adams committing suicide due to the grief he caried over his grandmother\u2019s death last month, things have now taken a serious turn.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Jayden Adams\u2019 cause of death takes a controversial turn as his girlfriend gets dragged into the drama<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the last few hours, as per News24\u2019s recent report, Jayden Adams reportedly had an argument with his girlfriend and the mother of his child, Aqueelah Adendorf, just hours before he tragically passed away.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>While it is not known what exactly happened between Jayden Adams and his long term girlfriend, Aqueelah Adendorf, it is being alleged that he committed suicide shortly after.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>Minutes later, Jayden Adams reportedly texted his father, \u201cI can\u2019t take it anymore\u201d.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>However, these chain of events have not ben confirmed by South African authorities yet as Gayton McKenzie, minister \u2060of sports, arts and culture in South Africa, has brutaly slammed this report.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>A few hours ago, Gayton McKenzie, minister \u2060of sports, arts and culture in South Africa, took to X and wrote, \u201cThis is irresponsible reporting, do you want the young lady now to take her own life ? Do you want her child to blame her for the passing of his dad?\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>He added, \u201cYou are truly a tabloid, this country needs serious newspapers for sure. Let\u2019s allow the police to do their job.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>Last week, Gayton McKenzie had also paid a tribute to Jayden Adams in an emotional statement as he wrote, \u201cI shall carry forever the humble, \u2060appreciative response he gave me. That he chose to wear the national jersey and give his all for his country in that moment speaks to a depth of character and professionalism well beyond his years, \u200cand it reflects the calibre of young man South Africa has lost\u2026\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"23\"\/>However, neither Jayden Adams nor his family has responded t the speculations yet as the family tries to mourn his death in private.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/>Interestingly, Jayden Adams\u2019 girlfriend and the mother of his child, Aqueelah Adendorf, has also remained distant from the speculations as she posted a heartfelt tribute last week.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>Jayden Adams\u2019 girlfriend, Aqueelah Adendorf, wrote, \u201cThere are no words to describe the pain I\u2019m feeling. \u201cRest in peace, my love.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"30\"\/>She added, \u201cThank you for every memory, every laugh, every hug, and every moment we shared.
