It mentioned initiatives from Modi&#8217;s tenure as Gujarat CM that were adopted and extended at the national level. <!-- -->These included SWAGAT, the grievance-redressal system through which Modi interacted with citizens in Gujarat, and PRAGATI, Centre&#8217;s platform for reviewing major projects and resolving implementation hurdles.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>It also cited Gujarat&#8217;s Jyotigram scheme, which created separate agricultural electricity feeders, as an approach subsequently expanded nationally. The resolution linked Modi&#8217;s experience of poverty with welfare initiatives, citing 60 crore Jan Dhan accounts, over 4 crore homes and 25 crore people moving out of poverty.<\/p>\n<div
