He moved the HC, arguing that the grounds of detention were false, incorrect, vague and non-existent. The allegations \u201care illusory and without any material basis\u201d, he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>Justice Oswal concurred with the petitioner that the charges against him were vague and \u201cbereft of necessary particulars\u201d.
