Outside, there is a covered porch that comes with a full outdoor kitchen, and a resort-style pool faces the Tennessee countryside. The couple bought the property through a trust for $6.2 million in November 2023, according to property records. The petition was filed in Williamson County on May 18 and was finalised in July.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/>In June, Jelly Roll broke his silence about the split at a gig in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. \u201cMe and my wife are best friends; we will always be best friends,\u201d he said. <!-- -->\u201cShe will probably be the only woman I\u2019ll ever love the way I loved her.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/>The singer also stated, \u201cNobody cheated on nobody.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"27\"\/>Bunnie, 46, opened up about the decision shortly before. On the June 18 episode of <span class=\"em\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Dumb Blonde<\/span>, Bunnie Xo said she and Jelly Roll were getting divorced, but they were \u201cstill having a baby together\u201d.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"31\"\/>\u201cWe\u2019re literally settling our divorce in like&#8230; We\u2019ve done it in like, what? Three weeks? Two weeks?\u201d she said. <!-- -->She further added, \u201cWe\u2019re still having a baby together.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"35\"\/>Speaking about their rapport, the podcaster said, \u201cWe have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered. We\u2019re going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn\u2019t what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It\u2019s literally just that we served our purpose for each other.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"37\"\/>She stated that they were ending the marriage \u201con the best possible terms that you could ever have in a divorce.\u201d <!-- -->She also joked about it: \u201cYou didn\u2019t take care of me in the marriage, but you\u2019re taking care of me in the divorce.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"41\"\/>She also revealed that Jelly Roll gave her the keys to the Franklin property because he knows \u201chow special it is\u201d to her. Her close friends Meme Shahan and Hailee Clark, she added, would soon move in, and she planned to help care for the animals there. The Franklin house had served as the couple\u2019s primary residence for about two years.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"45\"\/>The couple tied the knot in 2016, a year after they met at the Las Vegas Country Saloon, where Jelly Roll was performing as the opening act for the Moonshine Bandits.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"47\"\/>Meanwhile, Jelly Roll has not shared his plans, but he has somewhere to go. Records show he bought a 500-acre farm in nearby Burns, Tennessee, through a separate trust for $4.5 million in August 2024. The land has multiple trails and two year-round creeks. He added an adjacent 18.5-acre parcel through the same trust for $500,000 in November 2025.
