This follows a Rs 9.50 increase in September, when the cylinder was priced at Rs 2,747.50.<!-- --> ATF prices have also gone up by around Rs 16 per litre, from Rs 121 to Rs 137 per litre.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"3\"\/>The changes come as domestic LPG consumers face a new requirement from October 1, 2026. Those seeking to book refills at the regulated Retail Selling Price (RSP) with applicable subsidy will now need to have completed Biometric Aadhaar Authentication (BAA).<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>The authentication requirement is aimed at ensuring that subsidised LPG reaches genuine and deserving households. <!-- -->Each LPG connection is linked to an Aadhaar-authenticated consumer to prevent diversion of subsidised domestic cylinders for commercial and industrial use, remove duplicate and ineligible connections, and make subsidy delivery more targeted and transparent.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>Consumers who have already completed BAA will not need to repeat the process and can continue booking refills as before. Those who have not completed it will be able to book a refill at the RSP with subsidy once their authentication is completed.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>Consumers can complete the authentication process through several channels. During refill delivery, the delivery person can carry out BAA on the spot using the OMC mobile application.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>The process can also be completed by visiting the LPG distributor&#8217;s showroom. Consumers can alternatively complete it themselves from home through their OMC&#8217;s mobile application: IndianOil ONE for Indane customers, HelloBPCL for Bharatgas customers and HP PAY for HP Gas customers.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>Consumers who are unwilling or unable to complete BAA can still receive LPG.
