The minister also took a dig at CM <!-- -->Bhagwant Mann<!-- --> without naming him and said that &#8220;someone who himself gets intoxicated cannot make the state drug free&#8221;.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>&#8220;Once people remove useless AAP govt in Punjab, we will wipe out drug menace in 2 years,&#8221; Amit Shah said at a rally in Jalandhar.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>&#8220;Someone who gets intoxicated and insults the gurus cannot free Punjab from the scourge of drugs. We launched a nationwide campaign for a drug-free India. From 2004 to 2014, the Congress was in power; in those 10 years, 26 lakh kilograms of narcotics were seized nationwide. Then came Modi ji&#8217;s government; between 2014 and 2024, PM Modi&#8217;s government seized Rs 1.2 crore kilograms of drugs.
