Court<\/a> on Tuesday agreed to hear next week a petition filed against chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, seeking his suspension and a declaration that the CEC cannot take unilateral decisions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/election-commission\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Election Commission<\/a>\u2019s behalf.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>The petition also sought that special intensive revision of electoral rolls and all actions,
