The FIR mentions the names of Saurabh Bharadwaj, Jarnail Singh, and AAP workers. An FIR has also been registered against Sahib Singh. Arvind Kejriwal had visited Tilak Nagar yesterday,&#8221; Delhi Police said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>&#8220;The Delhi Police head constable was recording a video while in plain clothes. <!-- -->A crowd of AAP supporters surrounded and assaulted him. Subsequently, the Head Constable underwent a medical examination. A case has been registered under sections related to obstructing a public servant in the discharge of official duties and assaulting a public servant,&#8221; it added.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>Meanwhile, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj, along with other party leaders, was also detained during the protest.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>The complaint comes amid a political row over an alleged slapping incident involving Verma during a road inspection in Tilak Nagar on September 27.
