Rescue personnel coordinated the movement of pilgrims to ensure they crossed the dangerous stretch safely.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Joint teams complete rescue operation<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>The coordinated efforts of the SDRF, NDRF and DDRF helped ensure that all the stranded pilgrims were safely evacuated from the affected area.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>Officials said the rescue operation was successfully completed
