over the growing number of sexual assault cases involving girls in public places in Delhi and drew a parallel with the 2012 Nirbhaya case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>The court said the incidents point to a systematic failure of law enforcement agencies in the national capital.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>The apex court took suo motu cognisance and registered a case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>The court&#8217;s move comes amid recent incidents of sexual assault involving minors in public spaces in
