At the Chintan Shivir meeting, Modi interacted with eight groups of eight ministers each, which deliberated on improving self-efficiency, delivery, effective communication and trust-based governance. TOI has learnt that the PM interacted with each group separately and the brainstorming session went on for nearly five hours at Seva Teerth.Ministers will resume the exercise Thursday. “PM went to each table to take part in the discussion and made suggestions as well.
