Each group comprising 16-17 ministers held preparatory meetings Monday and Tuesday. PM recently also held discussions with ministers of states.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>An assessment of cabinet ministers on their social media presence was shared with them.
