He will replace Lt Gen P K Mishra, who will move to a new posting, officials said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/>In his distinguished military career spanning over three decades, Lt Gen Seth has served in key command and staff positions in J&amp;K, the northeast, and at the Army HQ. He is currently the Commandant of the Indian Military Training Team in Bhutan.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>Lt Gen Seth previously was GOC of the Counter-Insurgency Force Kilo (Kilo Force), an elite formation of the Army\u2019s Rashtriya Rifles tasked with anti-terror operations in north Kashmir.
