The accused also assaulted Rohini when she intervened to protect her child. She was hit with a broom,&#8221; he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>The official said the couple had been facing marital disputes and that a matter had earlier reached the court. The court recently advised Rohini to live with her husband for two months in an attempt to reconcile.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>Following the court&#8217;s direction, Rohini moved back to her husband&#8217;s residence in Parnaka from her parents&#8217; home, he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>In her complaint, Rohini alleged that her husband harboured resentment over their past disputes, which led to the assault on her and their child, the official said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>Visale was booked under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
