Meta submitted its response a week later.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>The Commission subsequently decided to institute a formal inquiry to establish the facts of the case. <!-- -->As part of the inquiry, it summoned Meta&#8217;s India MD and head to appear before the Commission.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>The Meta head did not appear at the September 9 hearing and the company was represented by senior executives. Meta has now begun reporting such cases to the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C).<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>In a separate matter, NCPCR has summoned the vice-president of Capgemini on September 16 in connection with alleged child abuse at a day care centre operated by the company in Bengaluru.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>The
