But when I didn’t stop, they hit me and fled,\u201d she said.Meanwhile, Kalyan Bainsla, the car driver accused of hitting Sia, was arrested from Rajgarh in Rajasthan on Tuesday, police said.The arrest came two days after his speeding car allegedly rammed into her Aprilia RS 457, sending her skidding on the road.Haryana State Women Commission chairperson Usha Priyadarshini said the commission took immediate cognisance of the incident and spoke to the police and the victim.“The Commission took immediate cognisance of the matter. We spoke to the SHO of Sector 55-56 Police Station and later to ACP Amit Bhatia. By then, details of the incident had emerged.
