It is part of the two-day summit, being hosted by India on September 12-13 under its chairship theme, \u2018Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability\u2019.<\/p>\n<div opportunity to deliberate on areas of common interest, strengthen cooperation among member countries and advance an inclusive approach to global growth.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>PM Modi is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with leaders from seven countries on the sidelines of the summit as India seeks to deepen ties with countries across Asia and Africa.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>He will meet South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Philippines President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Burundi President Evariste Ndayishimiye, Uganda Vice President Jessica Alupo and Nigerian Vice President Kashim Shettima.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/>South Africa remains a core member of Brics, while PM Modi&#8217;s meetings with leaders from Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Egypt, Burundi, Uganda and Nigeria are expected to focus on
