During the altercation, the man allegedly attacked Madan Bihari and Sankalp with a knife, seriously injuring both,\u201d said additional deputy commissioner of police (North), Naveen Kumar Singh.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>\u201cBoth were taken to the KGMU Trauma Centre for treatment, where Madan Bihari died during treatment. Sankalp remains under treatment,\u201d the ADCP further said informing that an FIR is being registered and two teams were formed to trace the accused who has been identified already.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>The attack happened after the two were on their way on the motorcycle, according to the family. Madan Bihari\u2019s son Pradeep said the two had left to pay an electricity bill when the argument broke out following the collision.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>\u201cAfter the collision, an argument took place and then he attacked them. My father suffered several knife injuries to his chest and abdomen. My son was also attacked,\u201d Pradeep said, seeking strict action against the accused.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>Police said local people identified the alleged attacker as Raj Kumar alias Malai, around 40, who is currently believed to be staying around Markandey Dharamshala in Keshav Nagar. Police teams are searching for him.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>Police are also examining CCTV footage and collecting other evidence related to the incident.
