They added that stoppages during the movement of foreign dignitaries would not have a fixed duration, with vehicles being released in phases depending on the security situation and prevailing ground conditions.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/>Arrangements have been made to ensure maximum security for visiting dignitaries while causing minimum inconvenience to the public,
