Kumar said at the end the quality of education is suffering. The bench issued notice to the state govt and Centre and directed that &#8220;no teacher shall be appointed\/absorbed in schools and colleges unless he\/she possesses requisite qualifications under RTE Act, NCTE Act and UGC Act.&#8221;<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>The CJI said, &#8220;The future of the generations of students will be destroyed with these kinds of
