NIA said its probe into the UAPA aspect remains underway and a supplementary chargesheet may be filed if an offence is established. Earlier, NIA had told the court that the foreigners were being probed for a wider terror conspiracy, including allegedly assisting ethnic armed groups in India and Myanmar and imparting drone training to them.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>The chargesheet traced their movement from India to Myanmar from Dec 2025. They travelled from Mumbai to Guwahati and then to Mizoram without the requisite permit before crossing into Myanmar. Another group of Ukrainians arrived in New Delhi in Dec, travelled to Guwahati and then went to Mizoram to cross over to Myanmar<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>VanDyke reached Delhi on Dec 12, 2025, travelled to Guwahati and stayed there till Dec 27 before visiting Mizoram without the requisite permit.
