The rocket precisely placed the 2,367-kg EOS-05 into its intended sub-geosynchronous transfer orbit (Sub-GTO), marking another major milestone for India\u2019s space programme.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>\u201cYet another outstanding achievement by ISRO and a proud moment for our nation. The successful launch of GSLV-F17 carrying EOS-05, India\u2019s first-ever imaging satellite from Geosynchronous orbit is a reflection of the excellence, innovation and growing capabilities that define India\u2019s space sector,&#8221; PM Modi said in a post on X.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>The Prime Minister also highlighted the expanding role of Indian industry in the country&#8217;s space programme.
