For months, the seven-bedroom estate at 6941 Gaston Avenue failed to gain traction. So, in February 2026, the listing agent reduced the asking price to $5.8 million and relisted the property. And still, there were no buyers.For a home valued by the Dallas Central Appraisal District at $4.3 million, there were no buyers. Local buyers weren\u2019t enthusiastic about paying the asking price.
