Their total summer spending could also rise above \u00a3200m ($270m) if they complete another signing before the transfer deadline.Despite the major investment in the squad, the condition of Old Trafford remains a major talking point.The stadium has suffered from infrastructure problems for years. Heavy rain has previously caused water to enter different parts of the ground. Areas around the Stretford End and away dressing rooms have also been affected by leaks.United have considered work on sections of the roof in the past.
