Throughout the last two decades, Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, have actively worked towards improving lives of people in Akron and now, they have marked another milestone.<\/p>\n A few hours ago, LeBron James\u2019 foundation, the LeBron James Family Foundation, made a post about how the I PROMISE School has marked nine years of its existence today.The post shows pictures of children coming back to school with a caption that read as, \u201cNine years ago, we made a promise to show up for our students, believe in what they could become, and walk alongside them every step of the way. \ud83d\udc9a While so much has evolved within our I PROMISE ecosystem, the heart of that promise hasn\u2019t. \ud83d\ude4c As we welcome another class through our doors, we\u2019re excited to continue watching students grow, families become stronger, and our community come together.\u201dThe post added, \u201cFrom the House system to I PROMISE Athletics and everything in between, the I PROMISE School has evolved alongside our students, building growth, accountability, camaraderie and, most importantly, family. \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udc9b\ud83d\udc9c\ud83d\udda4\ud83d\udc99 We believe in our students.\u201dThe post continued, \u201cWe believe in the power of education, the strength of our families, and the bonds that carry us through life\u2019s ups and downs because \u201cWe Are Family\u201d isn\u2019t just something we say. It\u2019s a way of life. Year 9 is more than just another chapter.
