NEW DELHI: Hours after the X account of the organisation hosting RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat<\/a>\u2019s New York event was suspended, the platform restored it, with the organiser saying \u201cwe got \u2018botted\u2019 by misguided opponents who tried to game the X algorithm and get our handle blocked\u201d.The @AheadForum1 handle of American Hindus for Engagement and Dialogue (AHEAD Forum) became unavailable Wednesday, three days before Bhagwat\u2019s address at Madison Square Garden\u2019s Infosys Theatre.Seeking restoration, AHEAD Forun had earlier said that the suspension \u201cmay have occurred in error\u201d and its communications promoted \u201cuniversal peace, oneness, harmony\u201d and interfaith dialogue. No public evidence links X\u2019s action to protests around the programme.Later, after the account was restored, it posted, \u201cWe are back up!… A big thank you to @X@Support for the prompt response, restoring our account and clearing out the bots.
