Tuesday refused to interfere with the Jharkhand high court&#8217;s order granting bail to former Bihar chief minister <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/lalu\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lalu<\/a> Yadav and other convicts in the <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/fodder-scam\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fodder scam<\/a> case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>The top court also asked the high court to expedite the hearing of the pending appeals, preferably within six months.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>A bench pf Justices MM Sundresh and Justice PB Varale observed that seven years had passed since the high court granted bail and there was no reason to
