(File photo)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>SRINAGAR: Joint teams of security forces arrested eight terror suspects and seized arms, ammunition, and other incriminating material in separate operations in three Kashmir districts.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/>Six arrests were made in south Kashmir\u2019s Shopian district and two in Pulwama, also in south Kashmir. A cache of arms and ammunition was recovered in north Kashmir\u2019s Sopore district, J&amp;K Police said Tuesday, claiming the action had dealt a major blow to terror networks operating in the Union Territory.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>During a naka check at Shopian\u2019s Heerpora, a joint team of the Army, CRPF and J&amp;K Police intercepted a two-wheeler. Three suspects \u2014 Junaid Muzaffar Dar, Aamir Yousaf and Junaid Bashir Dar; all from south Kashmir\u2019s Kulgam district \u2014 were arrested after two hand grenades and incriminating posters were recovered from their possession, a police statement said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>In a separate operation in Shopian, three terrorist associates \u2014 Haris Manzoor, Ashiq Hussain and Arif Ahmad Kumar; all from south Kashmir\u2019s Anantnag district \u2014 were arrested by a joint patrolling team of the Army\u2019s 34RR, CRPF, and local police.
