The frozen storage room was unhygienic, while vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was not stored separately. Tilapia fish was also found without mandatory label details,\u201d he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>He also said the utensils-cleaning area at the club lacked hot water and was found to be unhygienic.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>At Bowring Institute, officials found rotten onions and ginger, Srinivas said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>\u201cStorage practices were also found to be improper.
